01About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you visit ebuildon.site (the “Website”) or register your interest through it. By using the Website or sending the registration form, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

02Who we are

The Website is operated by E-Building (“E-Building”, “we”, “us”), based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can contact us at info@ebuildon.site.

03What registration means

Registering your interest is free. It tells us that you would like to hear from us as a supplier or a buyer of building materials.

Registration is not an order, a sale or a supply agreement.
It does not create any exclusivity. You and E-Building each remain free to work with others.
Any supply or purchase will be covered by a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
We may accept or decline a registration. We decide when, and in which order, services become available. The Website does not promise any launch date, feature or service level.

04Your information

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, and that you are allowed to register on behalf of the company you name. Please tell us if any of it changes.

05Privacy and your personal data

We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

What we collect

Your name, job title, company, business type, mobile number, email, city and country, the materials you are interested in, your commercial registration number if you give it, your message, your preferred contact channel and your language. We also record technical data needed to protect the form, such as your IP address and the time you sent it, and a record of the consents you gave.

If you register as a supplier, we also collect your company details (legal name, registration and VAT numbers, website, products) and the documents you upload, such as your commercial registration, company profile, catalogue and certificates. We use them only to review and onboard your company.

Why we use it

To contact you about E-Building.
To understand which suppliers and buyers want to join, and to prepare their onboarding.
To send you news and offers, only if you ticked that box.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who can see it

Our team, and the service providers that host our website and our customer-relationship system (CRM), who must keep it confidential. We never sell your data. We share it with authorities only when the law requires.

Where it is stored

Our website and CRM may be hosted outside the Kingdom. When personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so only as the PDPL and its regulations allow.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer. If you become a customer or partner, the terms of that agreement apply.

Your rights

To know how your data is used.
To see your data and get a copy of it.
To correct it.
To ask us to delete it.
To withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, email info@ebuildon.site with the subject “Personal data request”. We will reply within the time the law sets. You can also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Security and cookies

We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures. The Website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

06How we contact you

We contact you on the channel you choose: WhatsApp, phone or email. We send marketing messages only if you agreed to receive them, and every message tells you how to stop them.

07Our content

All content on the Website, including the E-Building name, logo, text, drawings and design, belongs to E-Building or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product names and brands of suppliers belong to their owners.

08Using the Website

Do not send false information, or another person’s data without their permission.
Do not try to disrupt, copy at scale or attack the Website.
Do not send forms with automated tools or send spam.

09Accuracy and liability

The Website gives general information. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date or free of errors, or that it will always be available. Descriptions of the platform describe our plans and may change.

As far as Saudi law allows, E-Building is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Links to other websites

The Website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If we make important changes, we will tell registered users by email or WhatsApp.

12Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.

These Terms are available in Arabic, English and Chinese. If the versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
